Happy horror! Last year I wanted to give you 31 days of horror movies. I had my inspiration (shout at Amanda), I made my list, checked it three times, and then got too busy to keep up with the second half of the month. I might even get some help this year; thanks.

It has been an interesting year for horror itself. For Halloween 2021, Hollywood is offering us Halloween kills, the second film of the current Halloween the franchise trilogy. Candyman has returned, and so has the Purge, and along the way there are a number of random horror movies to consume. One of the goals is to give you a feel for all of these movies to (hopefully) give you a better idea of what horror looked like in 2021. We also want to dive into some of the most popular horror movies. worst of the past, with some surprises.

It’ll be like this: We plan to release a new movie in this feature every day. If you would like to watch them, we will include links to stream these movies online. [Ed note: Sometimes, said links will be for films you need to rent or buy. Our apologies.] And while it should be known, we’ll go ahead and give you that special Spoiler alert warning for all of the rest of this functionality. If you haven’t seen anything on this list, prepare to be spoiled. With that out of the way, happy hauntings! Here is our 2021 horror movie marathon.
