Cricket West Indies (CWI) has announced the opening of the box office at Kensington Oval for the inaugural series which will feature two consecutive T20I weekends starting on Saturday and ending on January 30.
CWI said it was working with the Barbados government, the Barbados Cricket Association (BCA) and Kensington Oval to provide the safest venue possible.
“We are thrilled to open the box office today for this historic Betway T20I series. CWI said there is a limited availability of seats available with a high likelihood that tickets will sell out before each game day as the venue operates at limited capacity due to COVID-19 protocols.
Fully vaccinated supporters will be able to sit with their families or traveling parties, while marshals and stewards will ensure social distancing between groups of supporters. Fans must also wear face masks at all times except when eating and drinking.
“A range of ticket prices allows for different viewing locations and budgets,” Warne said.
Ticket prices range from $40 to $80 for all seated grandstands, and Caribbean fans are entitled to a 50% discount on all tickets except the Banks Party Grandstand upon presentation of their ID. local/national identity. A special ticket price of US$75 is available for the Banks Party booth, and in addition to being fully immunized, fans must also present a negative rapid antigen test, administered by one of Barbados’ approved governments.
